Whether you are an event promoter, party planner or just organizing a special event, we can supply you with skilled labor and technical support that will help your production run smoothly. Services we offer:
Delivery/Return
Transportation for individual rental items or full systems within the tri-state area. Transportation rates are based on distance traveled and amount of equipment carried. Transportation rates begin at $30.00 each way for individual items and average at $120.00 round trip for small systems within the five boroughs.
Set-up/Breakdown
We assemble and install any individual rental item or full system in your venue, as well as integrate our equipment into any preexisting systems. Set-up and Breakdown costs are billed at an hourly rate and based on the estimated completion time and the number of technicians required. Set-up/Breakdown rates start at $75.00 per Technician per hour (2 hour minimum).
Rates can vary depending on the dynamics of the location as well as the level of difficulty involved.
Site Visits/Consultation
We are available for site vists upon request. On-site consultation is included.
